Certain parts of the braiding machine, such as spindle brackets and sliding seats, must maintain a precise distance between the sliding seat and the lower spindle braiding line after overhaul, disassembly or replacement of new parts. It is recommended to first place a sliding frame and its upper spindle on the sliding turntable so that the lower spindle braiding line is not hooked or cut by the sliding frame when it is led from the swing rod to the braiding point.
Precautions: During coarse adjustment, place spindles on two adjacent outer spindle brackets, lead the braiding line to the braiding point through the swing rod and tension it. When the braiding line enters or exits the slot of the sliding turntable track, the distance to the edge of the upper spindle sliding frame must be basically equal. The distance can be adjusted by moving the gear frame forward or backward by one or more gears. If moving one tooth cannot achieve the precise distance, fine-tune as follows: loosen the five fixing screws on the internal ring gear; since the through holes are elliptical, move the internal ring gear to fine-adjust the sliding frame, then tighten the screws. Arrange the remaining sliding frames evenly on the sliding ring track; if the swing height of the braiding line differs after installing a new swing rod, adjust so that all swing rods have the same stop point.
Improper use can cause many faults: 1. Warp tension control: the warp length differs between full opening height and leveling. Since glass fiber has almost no elongation, a suitable warp tension control system such as a friction disc tensioner should be used. 2. Fabric selvedge structure: adopt a shuttle-loom structure; weft tension control is the key point. 3. Fabric thickness and width: consider the effect of thickness during beating-up, ensure a clear shed, and reserve sufficient shuttle movement height.
